Douglas County Robbery Suspect Used a Teenage Lookout

A Douglas County man was arrested for robbery, child endangerment and being an ex-felon in possession of a gun after he allegedly held up a convenience store. 36 year old James Tabor, was booked on $100,000 bail. June 1st a masked man went to the Carson Country Market at 924 Mica Drive in northern Douglas County about 11 p.m., showed a clerk he had a gun, and escaped on foot with cash. Investigators reviewed a surveillance tape of the incident and discovered a 14-year-old boy was acting as a lookout in the store. That led to the arrest of Tabor. The juvenile was released to a guardian. All cash and evidence was recovered.
