A $2,000 reward is being offered leading to the arrest and prosecution of a man who kidnapped a 16-year-old girl in Sparks June 16. Shortly after 9:00 p.m. Saturday a man with a gun got into the victim’s vehicle on the 1800 block of El Rancho Drive and demanded she drive him to South Reno. The victim complied, and was able to return home unharmed after dropping the man off. The suspect is described as a 20 to 30-year-old Native American or Hispanic male, approximately 5-foot-2-inches to 5-foot-4-inches tall with a thin build and dark hair in a pony tail. He also had a goatee and was wearing a white shirt with blue jeans. If you have information contact Sparks Police or Secret Witness.
