The Steve Sisolak for Governor campaign has issued a debate challenge to his GOP opponent in the general election, Adam Laxalt. The proposal calls on Laxalt to agree to participate in televised debates by partnering with major media outlets in both Southern Nevada and Northern Nevada, as well as a Spanish-language outlet. The proposal also lays the marker that all gubernatorial candidates listed on November’s ballot should be invited to participate in confirmed debates, including the Libertarian and Independent American Party candidates.
