Two men from Sonoma County California have been sentenced to more that 12 years in prison for an armed robbery at a Reno convenience store on South McCarran in 2016. 28 year old Connor Woods and 31 year old Michael Miller fought with the clerk who tried to grab a semi automatic weapon one of the robbers laid on the counter. The getaway van was found parked along I-80 a few days after the holdup and evidence in the van and on surveillance tape, led to Woods. The robbery netted about 100 dollars.
