Half of the “Cousin Couple” is in jail in Carson City. 21 year old Devin Leeper is facing burglary charges. Carson City investigators say 18 year old Anna Devine, and her cousin-boyfriend looted a home on the 1700 block of Wellington West February 24th. Anna Devine is in custody in Yuma Arizona awaiting extradition, after she faces charges there for trying to pawn stolen property. Leeper was arrested in Louisiana and returned to Nevada.
