A 41-year-old Reno man was arrested in Carson City for suspicion of felony fourth DUI.  Joshua Appelt also faces misdemeanor charges of making an illegal u-turn and failure to yield. A patrol deputy saw a white pickup do an illegal u-turn in front of his patrol vehicle on East Fifth Street. That led to the DUI arrest. He was reportedly in bad shape and blew a .428, the legal limit is .08.
