Secret Witness is now offering a reward of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the death of the victim resulting from a double shooting in the area of White Cedar Dr. and Galena Meadows Rd. in Reno. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office located multiple witnesses who were attending a party at a residence near the shooting location. But investigators have not received information that would help to identify the suspects or suspect vehicles. The victim in this case is 20 year old Paul Dobbins, who recently moved to Reno from California.
