There was a fatal hit and run crash in South Lake Tahoe. A construction worker found the body of a bicyclist Wednesday morning, and investigators believe the crash happened sometime Tuesday night, just west of the Truckee River Bridge. The victim, whose name has not been released, was a 33 year old South Lake Tahoe man.
