A fourth person has died from their injuries after a wrong-way driver struck oncoming traffic head-on on Interstate 80 east of Sparks early Sunday morning. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the wrong-way driver hit a westbound vehicle head-on three miles west of USA Parkway on I-80 shortly after midnight on July 1. Three people were pronounced dead on scene and another person was taken to a Reno hospital via air ambulance. The investigation continues.
