The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office is putting away another habitual criminal. This time a man convicted on multiple burglary charges is getting 20 years in prison. 23 year old Reese Samuel Frye of Reno, pleaded guilty earlier this year and must serve a minimum of 5 years in prison before parole eligibility begins. Frye had 3 prior felony convictions that, along with the string of burglaries involved in the recent cases, were the basis of The D.A’s office filing notice of intent to seek habitual criminal status for sentencing purposes.
