A 270 acre brush fire in Douglas County is fully contained , according to Deputy Chief Steve Eisele with East Fork Fire. The James Fire, in the James Canyon area off Jacks Valley Road, north of Genoa, started July 9th. Douglas County says the fire started with heavy construction equipment at the site of a new house.
