The Reno Police Department is responding to locals in Somersett, who’ve made several calls to their agency regarding drivers speeding in the area. RPD Lt. Scott Duggan says they’re giving some new technology a trial run in the Sierra Canyon Association neighborhood.

The signs also collect data, so the department knows specific times during the day when more speeders are in violation.
