Reno Murder Suspects Caught in San Diego, One Still Sought

Thanks to a Secret Witness tip, two of three suspects in a June 24 fatal shooting in the Galena area were arrested in San Diego. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Detectives are still searching for the third suspect. 22 year old Jamil Geronimo, and 21 year old Tyler Hernandez, were arrested without incident by the San Diego Police Department after a patrol officer pulled over the car they were in. They await extradition to Reno to face charges that include open murder, battery with a deadly weapon and firing a gun in a populated area.
Quentin Moore, a third suspect, is still on the loose. Shortly before 3:30 a.m. June 24th, deputies went to the White Cedar Drive and Galena Meadows Road area and found two people who had been shot. 20 year old Paul Dobbins was declared dead at the scene. A second man was treated at the hospital and survived.
