Nevada’s unemployment rate has dropped again with the, with the state reporting that June’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.7 percent, down from 4.8 percent in May and from 5 percent a year ago. The Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation Nevada had added 37,600 jobs, since June of last year. Reno added 9,170 jobs. The Carson City area remained relatively unchanged with 100 jobs new jobs in June.
