Nevada state prison officials are asking the states highest court to overrule a delay in the state’s first execution in a dozen years. Two weeks ago Scott Doziers execution was stopped for a second time. Dozier has asked to be executed. He killed and dismembered two young men in drug related crimes in 2002.
