The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking of the public’s help identifying a man who used a stolen credit card to buy gift cards and merchandise at Home Depot in Carson City and Reno. Investigators say the victims don’t know the suspect. He is described as bald with a dark complexion and large tattoo on his right forearm. He used the cards twice, in February of this year.
