The Bureau of Land Management says the Martin Fire, which stretched from Humboldt County into Elko County, has been fully contained. The fire, which started burning about 50 miles northeast of Winnemucca, scorched 435,569 acres, or 680 square miles. The BLM on Thursday offered another $5,000 reward for information about the Martin fire, bringing the combined reward to $28,000.
