A suspect is in custody following a standoff with Reno Police this morning. Police responded to a report of a man with a gun inside a building on Terminal Way. Police were able to convince him to surrender and come outside, but say he rushed towards officers, forcing police to use a tazer to subdue him. There were no other people inside the building at the time. The incident forced the closure of Plumb Lane, but the roadway has since been reopened.
