Red algae that showed up recently in Lemmon Valley’s Swan Lake is raising concerns for residents who’ve been living with high water in the area for two years now. KOH’s Daniela Sonnino caught up with one of those residents, who was making a pitch at the Reno City Council meeting to do something about it.
