Former Nevada star Colin Kaepernick’s grievance, that alleges NFL league’s owners colluded to keep him out, is headed for trial. Arbitrator Stephen Burbank rejected an attempt by the NFL to dismiss the case. The ruling means that NFL owners will likely have to testify about what interactions they’ve had in regards to Kaepernick’s employment in the league. Kaepernick started the “Take a knee” movement, to protest racial injustice.
