Lyon County Commissioners have unanimously voted to support a resolution urging people to vote no on Question Three. The resolution suggests the energy deregulation measure will increase average monthly electric bills of Nevadan’s for at least the first ten years. The resolution also expressed concerned about the fact this amends the constitution, and would be difficult to repair if things don’t work out.
