Sparks Police have arrested a suspect who is alleged to have committed lewd acts in the apartments of two women in northwest Sparks. 21-year-old Jorge Acosta-Martinez, of Sparks was arrested on charges of attempted sexual assault, battery to commit sexual assault, two counts of burglary and two counts of open and gross lewdness. The original incident happened July 16 in northwest Sparks when a woman woke to find a man committing a lewd act in her bedroom. A similar incident happened July 27 at an apartment nearby.
