In a rare step, the Clark County D.A’s office is filing felony child abuse, neglect and endangerment charges against the father of a 9 year old boy who brought a loaded gun to his elementary school. Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson says the responsibility for proper gun safety lies with adults. He’s advising all gun owners to secure their weapons and to not allow children access to them without proper adult supervision.
