The man shot by Reno Police during a domestic dispute Sunday night is identified as 44 year old Phillip Serrano. Sparks Police say Reno Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Thornridge Court around 9:45 p.m. Sunday night. When police got there, there was a confrontation between officers and Serrano, leading officers to shoot. He was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital. Details of that confrontation have not been released.
