Truckee Meadows Fire says a fire in southwest Reno is fully contained after burning about 73 acres. Firefighters say the fire appears to have been started when a bird landed on a powerline, making it arc.  The Schellbourne Fire south of the Ballardini Ranch Trailhead was reported shortly before 11AM Wednesday. Roads near the fire have reopened.
