A man is under arrest after the Storey County Sheriff’s Office says he fired a single shot at a deputy. The deputy was not hit, and no one was injured. 65-year-old James Sinardi of Virginia CIty was taken into custody. Deputies say it happened on north B Street near Sutton Street in Virginia City.
