Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske reminds Nevada’s military and overseas voters that Nevada’s Effective Absentee System for Elections, or EASE, is now available for the 2018 general election. All Nevada residents covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act may utilize EASE. Covered voters include active duty military personnel and their families, as well as citizens residing outside the United States. EASE is an online ballot delivery system that integrates all of the documents necessary for qualified users to register to vote, update existing voter registration information, request an absentee ballot, and receive and mark a blank absentee ballot that they will then return to their local election officials by November 6th.
