It’s a champagne lunch and fashion show for Reno’s Veterans Guest House October 4th. The latest fashions will be modeled by women from all branches of the military at the 6th annual ” Boots Meet Fashion, Fashion Meets Fun. It’s from 11 am to 1:30 pm at the Capri Ballroom at the Peppermill Resort. It’s sponsored by the Nevada Department of Veterans Services, AARP, and Plumas Bank, and features fashions available at five local clothing stores, local vendor booths will also be there.
