Don’t be alarmed when you see a high volume of law enforcement downtown this afternoon. The Reno Police Department’s SWAT Team is conducting a training exercise in the area of Virginia and Commercial Streets, so their team’s ready in the event of an emergency. They’re practicing a critical incident situation in a high rise structure at the Renaissance Hotel from 4:30 until 6pm.
