The Sparks Police Department is on the hunt for a man who stole three pairs of shoes from the Nike store at the Outlets at Legends in Sparks, and then returned later in the day to take another pair. The first incident occurred October 8th around four in the afternoon. Police say a Hispanic man in his late 30s walked in an grabbed three pairs, and left. The same man showed up around 10pm with a Hispanic woman and a child and took another pair. The man is described as having a teardrop tattoo near his right eye, tattoos on his neck, and a shaved head, and wearing a long-sleeved, dark athletic zip-front jacket, a white, short-sleeved shirt, dark athletic pants, and bright-red athletic shoes. The woman, who may be pregnant, is described as being in her 30s, and was wearing a gray hoodie, dark training tights, dark athletic shoes, and had long dark hair that was pulled away from her face in a bun.
