Another “Honor Flight Nevada,” returns from a trip to Washington D.C. and the Reno Tahoe Airport is inviting you to help welcome those veterans home Sunday. Forty veterans from World War II, Korea and Vietnam Wars; their friends, family, Honor Flight Nevada organizers, along with community supporters from the Nevada Guard, Civil Air Patrol, Blue Star Moms, Comstock Lode Quilters, Paws 4 Passengers, will take part. Members of the community are welcome to attend at 11:15 a.m. to offer their thanks for the veterans’ service.
