The Veterans Guest House is giving you a chance to win $7,500 in their annual Salute and Support Our Veterans fundraising raffle. Get in with a $100 dollar ticket, and help support the facility that gives veteran’s and their families a place to stay when they’re seeking treatment at the VA Hospital. There’s also five $500 dollar prizes. Only 500 tickets are being sold, and you can get one until noon on Saturday, December 8th at veteransguesthouse.org, or in person at the Flag Store, PJ & Co. Restaurant & Salon, St. Ives Florist, Steve’s Army Surplus, and at Veterans Guest House at 880 Locust St. in Reno. The drawing is December 8th during halftime of the Army vs. Navy Football Game Party at the Veterans Guest House. You don’t need to be present to win.
