Former state GOP chair Amy Tarkanian is being called out for promoting wacky conspiracy theories about the mail bombs sent to prominent critics of President Trump. Apparently she’s been retweeting posts by Laura Loomer, claiming “Law enforcement is lying to us to gin up sympathy for violent democrat politicians.” Nevada Democratic Party spokesman Michael Soneff accused the Tarkanian campaign of “actively spreading misinformation.” Danny Tarkanian’s congressional campaign has responded saying, “Danny does NOT believe democrats are behind it.”
