The Reno Gazette Journal is reporting Washoe County Family Court Judge David Humke is facing another possible suspension from the bench for mishandling cases. He appeared at a disciplinary hearing Tuesday to face allegations from two other judges in the family court system. Humke has previously been fined and was suspended for three months in a similar case. Hunke’s court has processed about a tenth of the 700 cases dealt with by other departments. Among other things Humke is accused of issuing incomplete and incorrect orders in support and custody cases.
