The man whose body was found on Cannan Street near the elementary school Sunday night has been identified as 30 year old James Devonn Marion. Police say this is a homicide. Marion is believed to be from Fairfield California. Police say they responded to a call of possible shots fired near Cannan Elementary School just before 11 p.m. November 18. They found Marion’s body on the sidewalk. The Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office says the cause of death is pending autopsy results.
