Nevada casinos won more than $1 billion from gamblers in October, beating the year-to-year figure by 7.5%. The win was more that 1.062 billion last month. It’s the fifth time Nevada casinos statewide have topped a billion dollars in a month this year. Strip casinos led the way, with revenue up 12.2%. Reno, Sparks, South and North Lake Tahoe, and Carson City were all up in October.
