A small fire at a Sparks apartment building caused enough electrical damage, to force residents of 20 residents out from their homes. The Red Cross is helping those residents with temporary lodging. Crews were called to the fire on the 1100 block of 15th Street about 1pm Wednesday. They found light smoke coming from a second story balcony. The fire spread to all three floors of the building, causing what firefighters say is moderate damage. No injuries have been reported.
