The Tech Caucus, a group of 14 bipartisan leaders, has formed in Northern Nevada. Their focus is growing technology based businesses, and exploring ways to bring those businesses to the Truckee Meadows. The the newly formed team visited Tesla, Blockchains and Switch last week. Assemblywoman Jill Tolles says they also took a tour of Truckee Meadows Community College’s Edison Way campus, that teaches the P3, or Panasonic Preferred Pathway program, because local education is a big piece in the tech puzzle.
