Reno Police say McCarran Boulevard is open in both directions between Skyline Boulevard and Caughlin Ranch Parkway in southwest Reno following a crash that seriously injured two teens. The one-vehicle rollover was reported shortly before 1PM Wednesday. Police say three people were taken to a hospital, two with major injuries. All are 16 years old. Police believe speed was a factor in the crash. They say the driver was likely driving at least 20 miles an hour above the speed limit, which is posted at 50 in that area.
