The Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect in a parcel theft from the porch of a residence. The suspect stole a parcel from off the porch of the victim’s residence in the 3000 block of Scarborough on December 12, 2018.

The suspect is described as a 30-40 year old white male. He was last seen wearing a baseball hat, light colored, short sleeve shirt, and dark colored jeans or pants. He also has numerous tattoos on his neck and arms.
