The Sparks Police Department has released photographs of a man it believes stole a package from the porch of a home east of Reed High School. Police say the theft happened about 4 p.m. December 19th, in the 3000 block of Scarborough Street. Police describe the thief as white and 30 to 40 years old, wearing a baseball hat, light-colored, short-sleeve shirt, dark pants and several tattoos on his neck and arms.
