The annual Sheep Dip Show will hold its final performances this weekend. Sheep Dip is a Reno tradition that dates back to the 1960’s. Once a year, cast members gather together to perform skits making fun of local politicians and news makers. Ron Smith has been part of the event since the very beginning. He told KOH why they’ve decided to end the event after 55 years…
Over the years the show has raised more than $300,000 for charities. The last two shows are Friday and Saturday at the Eldorado. More info at sheepdipshow.org.
