Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada needs volunteers for Project Homeless Connect; an event that helps connect people in need with many different resources. They need about 30 volunteers for duties from checking people in to serving coffee or food. They also need 15 hairstylists. Most of the people who attend this event rarely get haircuts and this event will help them receive that care. They also need a volunteer veterinarian. The event is on January 29 from 8AM to noon at the Reno Events Center in downtown Reno. If you want to volunteer contact Catholic Charities.
