Wilbur Martinez Guzman was arraigned in Carson City Justice Court on 36 charges, mostly involving possession or sale of stolen property from some of the four people murdered in Northern Nevada in the past couple of weeks. They included numerous felonies based on the suspects illegal immigration status, and his illegal possession of a dozen guns, including rifles, shotguns and handguns. Some of the charges connect him to the killings, at least circumstantially.  Murder charges have not yet been filed. Preliminary hearing on the property and gun possession charges is set for Feb 8th. He’s being held on $500,000 bail.
