Eligible students in Northern Nevada have until Feb. 13 to apply for scholarships offered by the Reno Rodeo Foundation. Since 1986 the Reno Rodeo Foundation has helped fund hundreds of students in furthering their education. Alongside the Reno Rodeo Foundation Scholarship is the Western Arts & Culture Scholarship.
