The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an officer-involved shooting involving a Reno Police officer. It happened just after 10 o’clock last night near Reno High School. According to investigators a Reno officer shot a suspect during a traffic stop. The details that led to the shooting have not been released yet. The suspect was taken to the hospital, his condition is not known. No officers were injured, and investigators say they are not looking for any other suspects. Washoe County is leading the investigation with help from Sparks PD.
