The man arrested in South Lake Tahoe for multiple sexual assaults on minors, is in the country illegally. 46-year-old Sergio Antonio Recendiz-Rodriguez, who has been placed on an immigration hold,allegedly committed the assaults at the Goodwill Store in South Lake Tahoe, where he was not an employee. He is charged with multiple counts of sexual battery on minors under the age of 14. South Lake Tahoe Police are thanking Goodwill and their employees for the tremendous amount of help they got from them. Adding, “It was their quick response and assistance that allowed us to identify this suspect.|”
