The couple charged in the death of a 5-year-old girl has waived a preliminary hearing scheduled for yesterday in Reno Justice Court. 24-year-old Tyler Jermaine Anderson, and 23-year-old Averyauna Cheyenne Anderson, are charged in the death of Cali Anderson. He is the dead girl’s father but she is not the girl’s mother. The allegations are that Cali died in Reno and was taken to a Sacramento storage unit, where authorities found her body in a bag. They are scheduled to be arraigned March 12.
