Senator Jacky Rosen addressed a joint session of the 80th Nevada Legislature last night. She’s the first federal legislator to appear this session, and talked about some of her priorities in Washington. She called for creative health care solutions like “tele-health.”
Senator Rosen supports allowing citizens to buy into Medicaid as an alternative option to compete with private insurance companies. She also called on the legislature to continue to back what she called, “Common sense gun safety measures.”
