It’s a welcome home for those who served in the Vietnam War. The Vietnam Veterans Day Celebration is Saturday at 5 pm, at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the east end of Mills Park in Carson City. It’s sponsored by the Carson area Chapter 388, of the Vietnam Veterans of America. The Welcome Home ceremony is honoring those who served and came home, as well as those who served but never made it home. Everyone is invited to attend.
